"I'm an old one-legged guy who tries to stay active. So here’s my story. A Q6 Ice Bear trike scooter was dropped off at my house yesterday. It was a surprise gift from my son. After struggling to uncrate it for a couple of hours, my neighbor helped me put it together but the user manual said nothing at all about breaking it in. I Googled and found Fusion Cycles and called them. The husband-and-wife owners were so kind and Scotty took his time to explain the proper method of braking in this particular brand of scooter. That quality of customer service is rare in this day and age. That desire and willingness to help (not even a customer) is reminiscent of the old days when word-of-mouth was the best marketing tool. Thank you both so much; that really makes my day!!"

"My experience was OUTSTANDING. I was actually looking for a cheap scooter to help out a friend. I talked with Scott (the owner) via FB. I then called and he said he would take care of me personally. When I went down, I could not believe how nice the BINTELLI's looked compared to some the others. So I decided to buy myself the SCORCH 150 in matte blue and give my friend the one that I already had. Best decision that I made. Everything and I do mean EVERYTHING is so much better with the BINTELLI. Scott was outstanding in dealing with me. Even though I had been riding for a few years, he still went over everything to make sure that I understood. He said it would be ready by Saturday and it was. He is a man of his word that is for sure.
They even asked my wife how she was doing after they saw her come in with a leg brace. Justin in the service area is also very good. Did not have much interaction with him, but he seemed very knowledgeable in the little interaction that I did have. Would I recommend FUSION CYCLES to a friend or someone that was looking for a scooter? YOU ARE DAMN RIGHT I WOULD. They are stand up people, they seem to work with the customer to help them get the best deal that they can for the scooter they are looking for.
